We are very happy to announce that calculations for the first distribution of funds are now complete. We are finalizing the Notice Letters to Class Members and we are hopeful they can be sent out in the next two weeks.
We are currently waiting to receive the addresses of approximately 80 additional Class Members from Canada Cartage. We expect to receive these addresses relatively soon. Once we have those last addresses, we can send out the Notice Letters to all Class Members. After we send out the Notice Letters, we will send out the first cheques 60 to 90 days later.
