We are planning to send the second distribution cheques in October.
The cheques for the first distribution were sent out in December, 2022 and January, 2023. If you expected a cheque but did not receive it, please contact RicePoint promptly (at canadacartage@ricepoint.com or 1-888-713-5220).
Pursuant to the distribution protocol approved by the Court, any cheques not cashed by September 1, 2023 will be reallocated to other class members in the second distribution. We are planning to begin work on the second distribution in early September and to have the cheques in the mail in October.
