Update – February 26, 2024

We continue to wait for approximately $250,000 in taxes and EI/CPP contributions that were remitted to the CRA in connection with the uncashed first distribution cheques to be returned by the CRA so that those funds can then be sent out to class members in the second distribution. RicePoint is in regular contact with the CRA to move the process along, but the CRA has not indicated when they expect to return these funds.

Once we have received these funds back from the CRA, we expect to mail the second distribution cheques within three to four weeks.
