We are happy to announce that the notification letters are being mailed out today (August 9, 2022). Letters are being sent to three groups:
– class members who will be receiving a payment
– class members who will not be receiving a payment
– people who had received the notice of settlement approval whom we subsequently concluded were not class members
Next week, we will send letters to everyone who registered for information but whose name we were unable to match to the class list that we are using.
Samples of each of the three letters have been posted to the web site.
