We are pleased to announce that the Court has approved the settlement agreement with Canada Cartage !
It will take time to calculate each Class Member’s share of the settlement. When the calculations are done, RicePoint (the claims administrator) will send a letter to each Class Member setting out his/her share of the settlement funds. We expect this to happen before March 31, 2022. Class Counsel is not able to provide any estimate before these calculations have been done. We will post a further update by mid-December 2021.
